At a time where social distancing and safety is the top priority, Autokompany completely supports and follows the same. We eliminate the need to travel anywhere or get in contact with any person for car care services.

Our Business model already is benefiting people, as they need to be at home/office and not move out. Our technicians would come and service their cars in their safe places itself following the sanitization protocol.

Autokompany is a full service automobile care center without having a physical center. We cater convenient premium automobile service and cleaning at your doorstep. A bunch of automobile experts and professional catering to end to end service for consumers looking for hassle free and quality premium care service.

We give you the freedom to spend your time on more important things. We believe in hassle free pricing, quality service and customer convenience.

We are a team of professionals putting our sincere effort to serve the need of premium car home servicing.

How does Autokompany work?

It is absolutely easy! You don’t need to go anywhere, we come to you!

Visit our website and book your favorable time slot and enter the details of your preferred location. We visit according to your convenience and perform the car diagnostics. Post the same, we would revisit you according to your time selection and location and perform the service, right in front of you. After your service is complete, we will process the billing and send you a service report. We would also like you to join our social media handles post the services, to be in touch with us for our latest offerings.

Where is your Workshop?

Autokompany does not have a physical workshop/ service station. It is a unique service which provides car care at your doorstep. Our technicians come to your home or office.

What sort of vehicles do you work on?

Autokompany caters to premium and luxury vehicles only. We Cater to all models and makes under the premium and luxury car segment. We can give the insight details for your cars with the help of our qualified technicians and high quality tools.

What Cities do you serve?

Autokompany is currently available in: Dehradun, Mussoorie, Rishikesh and Haridwar.

What car care services do you offer?

We can do more than 90% of car repair and maintenance. We also take care of your car cleaning and sanitization. We cater to everything, from a simple oil and filter change to replacing brake pads, timing belts, converters and diagnosing other essentials. Diagnosing and repairing ignition, electrical and exhaust problems can be catered where it’s convenient to you.

Do the technicians dispose the used filters and oil?

We @ Autokompany take full responsibility to handle the removal of all used oils and filters safely.

Do you work for corporates/business houses?

Yes, we do have a dedicated team providing services to corporate customers. To know more, you could share details on our WhatsApp number and we would get in touch with you. We would connect with you in no time.

Booking an Appointment

How do I make an appointment?

It is really simple. Go to our website www.autokompany.com, enter your vehicle information, select the service you need and see the quote. Pick a time and date followed by entering the location address. Enter your payment information and book the appointment.

What times are available to schedule my appointment?

Our Schedule is according to your convenience. You would see the available appointment slots while booking the service.

Can you do same day service?

We can do the Diagnostics the same day and if service doesn’t require any change of parts. However, 24-48 hours waiting time would be there in case of change of parts required as per diagnostic check.

How Long would it take to service my car?

The Diagnostic would be catered in 90 mins

The service would take an estimated time of 3 hours, maximum.

The service time may vary depending on the work that needs to be done for your car.

Where can I get my car serviced?

You can get your car serviced at your convenience. It can be @ your doorstep at home or office. Taking care of the safety of our team, we would not be servicing vehicles parked on the streets.

Is there any additional fee for the technician to come to my location?

There is no additional charge for the technician to come to your location. Our aim is Car Care Convenience delivered with Peace of Mind.

How can I reschedule an appointment?

Login to your Autokompany account and select the change button on your appointment calendar. Select a new time and location, if needed. We would like you to so the same at least 24 hours in advance for us to serve you better.

Do you have a cancellation Policy?

Cancellation allowed 48 hours prior to the booked service date with full refund of booking amount.

Cancellation within 48 hours to the booked service schedule will incur a deduction of 50% of booking amount and refund of the balance.

No charges on rescheduling of the service schedule 48 hours prior to the schedule.

What if the technicians are late to my appointment?

We always thrive to offer best on time services. However if our technician is delayed because of unforeseen circumstances like traffic or any other unexpected issues, we would text you and connect with you with the reason for the delay. If there is any issue which is not addressed, please contact us directly at hello@autokompany.com.

Do I have to be present at the time of the service?

No, it’s not important for you to be physically present at the time of the service. All approvals and reports can be shared with you online. The car key would be handed off to the person you appoint for the same.

What if I pick the incorrect service?

A diagnostic service will be performed and charged at the time of the visit. Any additional repairs that have been diagnosed will be presented and post your approval you can proceed for the selection of the correct service, if required.

Warranty

Do you take the warranty of your service, what if something goes wrong?

Yes, there is a warranty of 90 days on the service work done and in case any replaced part runs faulty so the same is covered as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.

*Electrical and Electronics failure are not covered under warranty

Payment

How do I pay for the service?

All popular online payment options available like credit or debit card, net banking, paytm etc. You can enter the payment information and book the appointment. You would be charged post the service is complete.

How can I find my receipt for the service?

You will be emailed a copy of the receipt/invoice after the service is completed.

What types of experience do your technicians have?

Our Technicians have over 9 years of experience. They have worked in workshops with proven track records and great customer service record.

Am I supposed to tip the technician when they visit?

No, we pay our team for quality service. The biggest tip you can give them is appreciation for good work and feedback on their work.
